How to generate an invoice within the PubScale AdX dashboard

To ensure a seamless payout process, follow these steps to generate an invoice:


  1. Log in to your Dashboard: Log in at dashboard.pubscale.com using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to AdX: On the side navigation bar, locate and click on "AdX."

  3. Access Invoices: In the side navigation bar under AdX, find and click on "Invoices."

  4. Verify Billing Details: Please confirm your billing details are added and verified.

  1.  Payout Eligibility Check: Please confirm eligibility before requesting an invoice for a specific month.

  1. Currency-Specific Sample Invoices: Use the invoice templates based on your payout currency (INR or USD).

  2. Invoice Numbering: If you are raising the invoice for the first time, your invoice number will be 001. 

If you are raising the invoice for the second time, your invoice number will be 002, and so on.

  1. Invoice Upload: After creating the invoice, upload it within the dashboard for processing.

  2. Verification Process: Our team will review and verify the invoice within 4 days of its submission.

  3. Payment Processing: Upon successful verification, payment will be processed in 7 days.
